Update!

Since mommy has been slacking in posting, here is an update! Holden is growing (wearing mostly 6-9 month clothes and even some 12 month!), sleeping all night every night, eating tons and doing great! We think his pictures show a bit of his personality... He is always smiling! But we realize for those of you who don't see him everyday you don't really know who he is. Holden wakes up anytime (usually depending on what time he goes down) from 6 am to 8:30 am. He wakes us up by "talking" to himself and playing in his crib. Gone are the nights of waking up crying. As soon as mom or dad's head comes into view he is smiling, and unless he is super hungry that smile doesn't go away until his bottle is in his mouth. Even then it is hard to get him to eat without getting distracted and smiling up at us. Holden reaches out for the things he wants with both hands or his left hand which leads us to believe he might just be left handed. Grandad (Andy) loves the idea of a left handed grandson and boo's when Holden uses his right. =) He loves loves loves the ring of rings he got at Dakota Boom's first birthday party and if he isn't eating it is in his hands. When on his tummy Holden is starting to scooch up his bottom and tries to move forward to get to his toys, which mommy puts just out of reach. On his back Holden tends to twist to the left so he is on his side or he is playing with his feet. He is finally able to reach them and hold on... Sometimes even getting them to his mouth! We have play time and nap time which mommy needs just as much as Holden. In general Holden is a peach. We just got over a pretty big cold which caused him to be a little more fussy than usual... And usual is pretty much never. So that's our little man in a nutshell, pictures will be in the next post as we seem to be having technical difficulties.
