April 17th

Erin has been on bedrest now since March 3rd... Keeping busy shopping online, reading, knitting and helping Dave with Wall Street menu updates.
We had our 32 week Dr. appt. last week, everything looks to be progressing normally... In fact our midwife has agreed to allow Erin to go back to work (part time) after May 10th! At that point she will be about 36 weeks and far enough along that taking the Terb. (to stop contractions) is no longer advised. This baby who has been soooo insistent on coming early might just get the chance! But at least it wont be too early to cause a big risk of health issues.
We have almost everything we need now, the big things anyway... Grandma Jackie spent the weekend with us looking at cribs and changing tables. And after a semi-stressful shopping day we finally came home with the crib we wanted. It is a beautiful "honey" colored sleigh bed design, with the easy one handed drop down side which is really important! Only the little things are left to get and after the baby shower May 7th we hope only a few things are left!
We made our first BIG purchase today... A NEW CAR!!! Well, its a 97, but its new for us! A white '97 Volvo 850 wagon with gray leather interior. We didn't expect to come home with a car today, but sometimes that's how it goes... It was a very exciting day for us!
Well, that about brings us up to date so far... we will post some pictures as soon as they get loaded onto the computer.
