Solids! Sort of...

Here are Holden's first bites of rice cereal and peas... As you can see most of it ends up on his chin, but we did get a few "bites" of peas to stay in!

4 Month Checkup

We have a clean bill of health! Holden is growing fast, we were even told he was a "big baby." For being almost 3 weeks early that's great to hear! Weighing in at 15 lbs 12 oz Holden is finally above the 50th percentile in weight and still up in the 95th percentile for length. We were even given the ok to start some solid foods! Also, no more nightly feedings... Holden's Dr. said he was mature enough to start weaning off those late night munchies. We will make sure to take pictures as Holden tastes different solids. The second round of immunization were no fun, but with a little comforting from mom Holden calmed right down. Now all he needs to do is go to bed earlier so mom can get some sleep before work!

Milestone!

Some horsey time...


We have successfully rolled from belly to back! Mom and Dad have been on the lookout for this milestone and are thrilled. Dave missed the event but I got to watch. Now we have to master the back to front roll and sitting up.

We had a very nice visit with Rachel a couple of weeks ago, lets do it again soon!
